CadetMind ("**Application**", "**We**") adopts a radical approach to data privacy, aiming to minimize the digital footprint of its users ("**You**"). This Privacy Policy explains how your data is processed—and more importantly, how it is not processed—when you use our application.
Our fundamental commitment is: Your exam scores, completed modules, and in-game progress reside only on your device. We do not save, track, or share this data with third parties on our servers.

## 1. DATA COLLECTION AND LOCAL STORAGE (LOCAL STORAGE)
Our Application is designed with an "**Offline-First**" architecture. Within this framework, our data processing activities are as follows:
* Game Progress and Scores: Your exam results, achievement scores, and module completion statistics are stored in encrypted or standard format within your device’s local storage (Sandbox for iOS, App Data for Android).
* No Server Transfer: The scoreboard you see on your screen when a game ends is generated instantly from the data currently on your device. This data is not transmitted over the internet to any Cloud Server or database.
* No Membership System: You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or log in with social media to use our Application. Consequently, we do not request any data that directly identifies you (Name, Surname, Phone, etc.).

## 2. DATA SECURITY AND RISK OF DATA LOSS
The security of your data is based on a "**Decentralized**" structure. As your data is solely located on your device, you are deemed to have accepted the following:
* Data Sovereignty: You are the sole owner of your data. We technically do not have the authority to remotely access, edit, or view this data.
* Risk of Deletion: If you uninstall the Application from your device or if your device is formatted, all locally stored exam scores and progress will be permanently deleted. Since we do not hold a backup of this data, its recovery is not possible.
* Device Security: Since your data is stored on your device, the security of your device (Screen lock, encryption, etc.) is the security of your data.

## 3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND TECHNICAL DATA
Although we do not collect your in-game content data (Scores, etc.), we may use certain third-party tools for the sustainability and technical stability of the application. These tools may process data falling under the category of "**Non-Personal Data**."
* a. Error Reporting (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics): In case the Application crashes, anonymous reports—including device model, operating system version, and the technical state at the moment of the error—may be transmitted to us so that we can resolve the issue. These reports never contain your exam results or personal notes.
* b. Ad Serving (If Your Application Contains Ads - Optional Clause): We may collaborate with ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob, Unity Ads) to offer free services. These networks may process the following data to show you relevant advertisements:
* IP Address (for approximate location detection).
* Advertising Identifier (IDFA / GAID).
* Cookies and usage data.
* This data is subject to the privacy policies of the respective ad providers and is never matched with our game database (your scores).

## 4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Since our Application does not house a data collection mechanism, it provides a safe digital environment for children. We do not knowingly and intentionally collect personal data from children under the age of 13. The fact that data does not leave the device ensures a natural compliance with COPPA and GDPR-K (Child Data Protection) standards.

## 5. USER RIGHTS AND CONTROL (KVKK & GDPR)
The exercise of your rights under legal regulations (KVKK Article 11, GDPR Article 17) is structured as follows due to the nature of our system:
* Right of Access: You can instantly access all your data (scores, modules) by opening the application on your device.
* Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): By deleting (**Uninstalling**) the Application from your device, you can destroy all your personal game history in seconds. You do not need to make any application to us, as we do not hold any data belonging to you to delete.
* Data Portability: Since the data is kept in a local format, automatic transfer between devices (Cloud Sync) is not offered.

## 6. CHANGES AND UPDATES
This Privacy Policy may be updated in line with legal requirements or changes in the application architecture. In the event of a significant change (such as the future addition of a cloud save system), we will clearly inform you within the application and request your consent.
